NATIVE AMERICAN TEACHINGS
Antara carries the teachings of the Apache and Mohawk people from 8 years apprenticeship in Colorado with Oh Shinnah  Fastwolf. She was initiated into many levels of teachings especially those of  the Four Directions, the Divine Feminine, and holds numerous ceremonial and  healing ways from this path. She considers these the "Mother Earth Spirit"  teachings.

BUDDHIST WAYS
Antara has been a student of Mahayana Buddhism for the past 12 years doing retreats at Odiyan Center, Land of Medicine Buddha, Vajrapani, and Diamond Mountain. She considers these the "Father Sky" teachings - for mastery over mind and emotions, a key for deep inner peace and happiness. She integrates Father Sky teachings with Mother Earth wisdom for balance and harmony.

SOUND HEALING 
In 1998 she  co-founded The Winds of Change  ~a shamanic sounds healing collective.   This included school presentations,  drum-making workshops, shamanic journey  workshops, wilderness retreats, community performances, and TV/radio  appearances. Antara was also a
founding member of  the Heaven On Earth Ensemble which performed musical healing events from coast to coast. She offers sound healing sessions at her Twin Lotus Center in Santa Cruz, Ca.

DREAMER 
Born a natural soul  traveler, Antara is gifted at interpreting dreams, has led dream workshops, and  has written articles for Sage Woman and Dreaming Network.

 THE ARTS - WRITING, ART, JEWELRY,  GRAPHICS
Antara has had her poetry and assorted articles published in a variety of periodicals.  She practiced wild-mind writing  in many New Mexico retreats with Natalie Goldberg and administered an online writing group  for 5 years.  Her art was included  in Take Back the Night Goddess Calendars. Spirit is alive in her watercolors,  sacred crafting and beadwork, and photography.  Check for classes.

Heather A. Caton is the Co-Creator,
Founder and Co-Host of EarthWisdom Radio.

Heather Caton has a degree in Art Education with a focus in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work with a specialization in Creative Arts Therapy. She has an extensive background working in education settings around the globe, working with extraordinary minds in a united goal of supporting education, creating opportunity and hope. Heather has been active in the field of Brain Injury, for the last 7 years. She serves as an advocate, speaker and instructor with published works, sharing the power of art, as vehicle for
healing and discovery. 
 
Heather continues to be an active volunteer coordinator and manager for educational programs, both locally and internationally. In 2006 she became a manager and instructor in Eastern Europe, focusing on education programs for youth, working in cooperation with the UNESCO - United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization and the World Genesis Foundation.

In October 2011 she was elected as President and CEO for the World Genesis Foundation, leading their mission to “Leave no child without hope for the future.” based upon her innovative programs, passion, and multiple achievements.

 
Heather is also a recognized in the world of crystals, gemstones, minerals, and holistic healing, learning, practicing and connecting with experts in the field around the world. She is the President and founder of Wisdom Art LLC. This unique company brings together the Sciences, Arts and Spirituality creating unique and personal art that is inspired by the
universe. It began with a seed and the heart-felt knowing that it is within the Sciences and the Arts, the bridging of disciplines and the connecting of minds, that great things can happen. It operates with a primary focus to raise awareness and support for educational projects that create new opportunities and hope for youth through the Wisdom Art
Foundation.

Sandra D.
